Learn to make Paella and Chocolate Lava Cake from the safety of your own kitchen!  Online Instruction provided by Dirty Apron Cooking School, sponsored by the Ministry of Health to promote Resident Doctors Awareness Week.  Menus can be adapted to accommodate vegetarian, vegan diets.  Grocery delivery available in the lower mainland.  Residents at distributed sites will receive a grocery list and will be eligible for reimbursement of up to $60.00 per household with receipts for grocery items purchased for this class.  RSVP's must be received by 3pm February 1 to confirm the class.  Class Size is limited to 100 Residents.
