R1 Orientation 2023 will Anvil Centre located at 777 Columbia Street, New Westminster, from 8:30am until 4:30PM.  Breakfast and Lunch will be provided, and the day will close with a reception.  We will introduce you to your Collective Agreement, your rights and benefits, and some tips about thriving in Residency.  This is a great opportunity to get to know your fellow residents and the stakeholders who will support you during Residency.  We will also introduce you to your Collective Agreement, your rights and benefits.  

Please note that this is a mandatory event. We will be providing breakfast and lunch during the event, and a cocktail reception hosted by Doctors of BC will be taking place immediately after.

For information regarding traveling expenses and parking at the event, please contact info@residentdoctorsbc.ca.  We will update you shortly via email with travel reimbursement information for those of you who travel from out of town to attend.  

How To Register

All incoming residents have accounts created on the RDBC website. To finalize your registration to the website, and to RSVP for the Orientation, please click here to and use the email address you provided UBC. You will receive a password link to your email that is active for 24 hours that will allow you to finish registering with RDBC, and allow you to RSVP for the Orientation.
